Millbrook Agricultural Society

13 Frederick Street, Millbrook, ON  L0A-1G0

This year marks the 171st Millbrook Spring Fair.  Through the years there have been many volunteers, directors and exhibitors that have given the most valuable thing they could, time!  Without these people it would not have been possible to reach such a monumental milestone.  Even though the fair will look a little different this year, the one thing that remains the same is the willingness of our directors and supporters to give our community the best event possible.

The Millbrook Agricultural Society continues to try and find new and exciting events and programs for our community. This year we will be bringing a new midway, Gable Concessions Inc., let’s show them our welcoming community spirit.

On Thursday June 9th we will be hosting our ever popular Children’s Day.  School aged children from grades 2-4 have been invited to the fairgrounds for a fun and educational morning where they will participate in organized activities at our various Places of Discovery from 9:30am-1:30pm.  Walk-ins with pre-school children are welcome.

And of course we will be hosting the always popular Truck and Tractor pulls, Demolition Derby and Beer Garden Entertainment.  On the Agricultural side we are welcoming back our beef cattle exhibitors to bring out their top cattle and compete for Supreme Female and Supreme Male.  Another new event this year is our open horse show, which will bring some of the best show people from the county.

What fair would be complete without the Homecraft building?  You can walk through and check out the fine foods, quilting, art, photography and many other categories.  While walking through the Homecraft building be sure to check out the other vendors along with the Durham Farm Connections Interactive Displays.

So come on out and help us celebrate the 171st Millbrook Fair.
